Chicago commander faces allegations of misconduct

CHICAGO - Allegations of misconduct continue to pile up for one Chicago commander.
He was recently accused of placing the barrel of his gun in a suspect's mouth.
Commander Glenn Evans faces aggravated battery and official misconduct charges.
Records show Evans was named as a defendant in as many as 10 lawsuits. His police powers have been removed.
