SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Penn. --- The Jackie Robinson West team's run in the Little League World Series came to an end Sunday.
The Chicago-based team kept it close for most of the game but ended up losing 8-4 to South Korea.
Despite their loss, their coach says he's very proud of the boys and happy that he could help give them this experience.
"They called each other brothers. They were close before this, but even closer now. These are memories they will share for the rest of their lives," said Head Coach Darold Butler.
International teams have won the last three championship titles.
