Chickenpox continues causing problems for Middlebury Schools

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Chickenpox continues to be a big concern for school administrators and parents at Middlebury Schools.

The total number of kids that now have chickenpox is up to 14.

Five or more cases is considered an outbreak.

Students in the district must either get vaccinated or stay home for three weeks.

Many teachers have volunteered to do home visits, bringing students their assignments so they do not fall behind.
