Snow keeps melting this week, rain on the way
Merry Christmas! A few flakes are still possible this morning, mainly on the Indiana side south of the Toll Road. A changeover to rain showers is still possible this afternoon, but many in Michiana will likely hold onto clouds throughout the day with highs close to 40. Temps will warm over the next couple of days into the low 50s by Thursday as a much stronger system draws closer. Expect rain by Thursday afternoon, along with wind, into Friday morning. Temps fall hard afterwards for the weekend and the start of 2019 with only slight chances of snow.
Today: Cloudy with AM flurries changing to a rain/snow mix for some. Partly sunny late. High of 40.
Tonight: Partly cloudy to mostly clear. Low of 27.
Wednesday: Mostly to partly sunny. High of 42.
Thursday: Cloudy with scattered rain and wind. Highs in the low 50s.
