Church Street in Mishawaka undergoing road construction

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- There's another road closure in Mishawaka.
Tuesday Church Street between Third and 7th Streets will be restricted. Crews are examining the soil. Traffic will be down to one lane in each direction.
The restriction started at 7 a.m. Crews hope to wrap things up by 5 p.m. Friday.
