City of Mishawaka government buildings will reopen May 11

MISHAWAKA, Ind.— All city of Mishawaka government buildings will reopen on May 11, according to city officials.

The city has placed hand sanitizer stations inside of buildings, increased cleaning processes, and stocked some masks in each department for people to use when visiting for business purposes.

As an essential service, government operations have continued during the pandemic, but under Governor Holcomb’s plan to restart the economy and reopen the state, government buildings can now reopen to the public. 

Playgrounds, pavilions, the Battell Center, community rooms, and restrooms will remain closed until further notice.
