Clay County man arrested for stealing donations intended for tornado victims

CLAY COUNTY, Ind. -- A Clay County man is accused of ripping people off, who thought he was donating to tornado victims.
Gerald Glint, 53, was charged with impersonating a public servant and theft.
He was claiming to he be with homeland security and part of a non-profit group.
