Clay High School teacher sentenced to five years for relationship with student

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A Clay High School teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student was sentenced to five years on Thursday, according to court records.

Caleb Long was sentenced to five years with the Indiana Department of Correction with one year suspended for child solicitation – solicitation for sexual intercourse.

Long pleaded guilty to the charge as part of a plea agreement. His other two charges, for dissemination of matter harmful to minors and child seduction, were dismissed as part of the agreement.
