Cleanup begins after flash floods in Iowa

WAUKON, Iowa -- Residents in northeast Iowa are cleaning up debris after flash flooding.

Heavy rains swept the region Saturday night causing the devastation. Some areas even got as much as four inches of rain in just a few hours.

Now those living there say they are just trying to save what they can.

Officials are scheduled to meet Monday night to discuss a request for state and federal disaster designations which could free up funding to help those affected.
