Coach Kelly named "Coach of the Year"

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Brian Kelly will get another shot at the national championship.

Kelly announced on Saturday that he does plan on coming back to Notre Dame for a fourth season after he interviewed with the Philadelphia Eagles last week.

As he accepted the Coach of the Year award at the Walter Camp Football Awards, he sounds like he is happy to call South Bend home.

"But as I got to sit back and take a look at it my hearts with Notre Dame and my heart has always driven me in my career. So yes, I'm not turning pro," said Brian Kelly.

Kelly says he's excited about what's ahead for the Irish and that there's a lot more work to do.
