Cold and breezy Black Friday

This morning, some may wake up to a dusting of snow in the grass or on any outdoor cars. Roads are wet, and there could be some slick spots for those up early for Black Friday shopping. A few more lake effect flurries are possible this morning, but the afternoon stays dry and cloudy.

Temperatures this morning feel like they are in the teens. Hat, gloves, scarf, and warm boots are a must if you are standing in any long lines outdoors ahead of shopping.

It stays breezy and cold today, with a high barely above freezing. Tonight is also cold, dropping into the mid 20s by Saturday morning.

On Saturday, precipitation starts as a rain/snow mix, then eventually turns into snow. Snow showers continue Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Some areas could pick up over 1” of snow by Sunday morning. Another round of precipitation is possible Monday night into Tuesday morning, then the rest of the week stays quiet.
