Still no rain in sight until this weekend
Temperatures fall below freezing overnight, a hard freeze is expected for most of the area , except close to the lake shore. This could be one of the coldest Halloweens on record, and highs may not reach 40 degrees. Snow is also possible, while accumulation is unlikely on warmer surfaces, an unpleasant mix of rain/snow is possible Tuesday afternoon and evening, during trick-or-treating. The midweek is fair but chilly, then temperatures climb back into the 50s this weekend.
Tonight: Hard freeze Partly cloudy. Low 26.
Tuesday (Halloween): Breezy and cold with rain/snow showers starting in afternoon. High 38.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 42.
