Cold, breezy Friday; bit of snow on the ground out the door

NOW: Cold, breezy Friday; bit of snow on the ground out the door

Give yourself a few extra minutes to get out the door this morning. If you park outdoors, you likely have some snow and ice on your windshield. Roads are slick in some spots. Sidewalks and parking lots are also a bit slippery.

Just a few lake effect flurries are possible today, otherwise it is cold, cloudy, and breezy today.

We'll climb from the lower 20s this morning to the high 20s by afternoon.

The breezy weather continues Saturday, but we have a nicer day in store to start the weekend: mostly sunny and mild.

Sunday there are a few more clouds, but it is still dry and even warmer.

Presidents Day Monday is dry as well but cloudy.

Our next best chance for precipitation is Tuesday night into Wednesday. Additional precipitation is likely Thursday as temperatures crash to end next week.

Today: Cooler. Mostly cloudy, breezy. Few lake effect flurries. High 28.

Tonight: Mostly clear, little breezy. Low 20.

Saturday: Mild. Mostly sunny, breezy. High 46.

Sunday: Partly cloudy. High 50.
