Another cold day with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Isolated lake effect rain/mix showers are possible for our northern counties. Most will stay dry. It's partly cloudy Thursday but still chilly. Temperatures start to warm back up Friday into the weekend. Plan on seeing a lot of sunshine in the days to come and temperatures continue to warm up into next week.
