Milder but wetter conditions this weekend
Happy Valentine’s Day! The temperatures in the forecast won’t show us a lot of love today. It’s cold throughout the day, starting this morning in the single digits, then warming into the mid 20s by afternoon.
A few little flurries are possible this morning, and the roads still have a little snow leftover from the weekend. Outside of the flurries, it’ll stay mostly cloudy and quiet.
A warming trend starts after today, with highs in the mid 30s Tuesday. We could see a few peeks of sun tomorrow. Wednesday warms near 50 degrees.
While Wednesday starts quiet, rain moves in for the second half of the day. Rain continues into Thursday, before turning to snow Thursday evening with falling temperatures. The rain plus water from melting snow could mean some flooding concerns midweek.
Temperatures are cooler to end the week, but the second half of the week plus the weekend look quiet.
Today: AM flurries. Mostly cloudy. High 26.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 14.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy and breezy. High 36.
Wednesday: PM rain and windy. High 50.
