Colts owner trial is set

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay will go to trial October 30th.
A judge granted Irsay's request to push the bench trial back.
Irsay was set to go to trial next week.
Irsay was arrested in March on charges of drunk driving and possession of a controlled substance.
