ROCHESTER. Ind. --  A friendly monster has taken to the streets of downtown Rochester by the name of Manny the Manitou Monster. He is part serpent and part community collaboration, residents and visitors are encouraged to bring their own hand painted rocks and add to Manny's body, moving him further and further down main street. 

Manny is inspired by local lore and Potawatomi legends, he's currently located in front of  Unnecessary Extras, located at 725 and 723 Main Street.
