Community Foundation of Elkhart County distributes $721,225 in grants

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Community Foundation of Elkhart County awarded $721,225 in grants to more than a dozen nonprofits and programs in the county.

The following grants were awarded between April and mid-June:

• Kids and Families grants totaling $560,000
  • Goshen College– ECoSistema Music Program $90,000
  • Ryan’s Place – Capital Campaign $450,000
  • 1 grant of $25,000 or less totaled $20,000
• Placemaking grants totaling $75,000
  • 4 grants of $25,000 or less totaled $75,000
• Career Pathways grants totaling $61,975
  • 6 grants of $25,000 or less totaled $61,975
• Opportunity Fund totaling $24,250
  • 10 grants for sponsorships and memberships totaled $24,250
