CASS COUNTY, Mich. - Residents joined leaders with the Michigan Department of Transportation Tuesday night to discuss changes to a section of U.S. 12 starting late this year.
The proposed project will convert a section of the road from four lanes to three in an attempt to make the road safer for drivers and pedestrians.
Lanes will be reduced between Mason Street and east of M-217 in Union.
