SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC57's Blake Parker was live at one of the protests held Thursday regarding the actions an officer with the South Bend Police Department took to detain a 14-year-old girl outside of a McDonald's.
A video of the incident was taken by a bystander and later spread on social media causing some so criticize the SBPD.
Police released the full bodycam footage from the officer on Wednesday following a press conference.
