ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Some Concord Community Schools have been recognized by the US News and World Report for having high performance scores in math and reading.
Concord Intermediate currently ranks in the top 17 percentile of all Indiana middle schools for these scores.
Concord Ox Bow Elementary was also recognized for high scoring performances in math and reading.
“I think that this is just a testament to all of us that our kids can do really good things when we support them, when they have the time, and when they put in the effort. They can do really good things. So, it really just reinforces that belief,” said Dan Funston, Superintendent of Concord Community Schools.
These rankings consider the results of ISTEP testing for all students of each school, not only their top performers.
