CONCORD, Mass. -- Concord, Mass. became one of the first communities in the nation to ban the sale of a single-serving plastic water bottle that are a liter or less.
If you do not comply with the law, you will get a warning. After that, you could have to pay a fine up to $50.
The International Bottled Water Association says it will continue to challenge the measure.
The law is scheduled to take effect Jan. 1.
