Constantine Police were notified by the principal at Constantine High School on October 6 about the alleged impropriety.

The alleged incident happened about four weeks prior to the original report. There were several people involved and two or three possible witnesses.

None of the events happened on school property, but happened at a private home.

Police have investigating at least 15 people regarding the alleged incident. They are all juveniles and have all been cooperative.

The initial investigation is wrapping up and the police department will turn over its investigation to the prosecutor's office later this week, according to the press release.
