Construction crews to begin work on Michigan Street bridge

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Here’s a quick heads up for South Bend drivers.
If you plan to cross the Michigan Street bridge crews will start repairs Wednesday morning. Drivers will be restricted to one lane of the bridge in each direction.
Signal lights will be off at the intersection, that's going east and west in an effort to stop traffic flow through nearby neighborhoods.
