Convicted child molester sentenced for violating probation

A convicted child molester is back behind bars after violating his probation.

Dale Bradshaw was released from prison in August after serving less than half his 8 year sentence.

He pleaded guilty to molesting a 5-year-old boy who contracted a sexually-transmitted disease.

The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office filed a petition to revoke probation in September. The prosecutor's office says Bradshaw failed to complete counseling as ordered by the court, violated an exclusionary zone while on GPS monitoring and failed to pay GPS fees.

Bradshaw was in court Friday and was sentenced to two years in prison for the violation.
