Cool Runnings invites you to their 1st anniversary ribbon cutting

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Cool Runnings, local authentic Jamaican cuisine, is arriving at the first anniversary and invites everyone to join in on their ribbon cutting.

The ribbon cutting, taking place on August 17 at 4:00 p.m., commemorates their journey from humble food truck owners to getting a downtown spot.

Cool Runnings owner Jermaine Miller purchased and renovated the spot into a Carribean destination.

Even as a young boy, food has always been part of his soul.

At 11-years old, Miller caught the cooking bug early, as he practiced his is grandmother and cooked his family's meals.

Now, with the help of his team and his General Manager, Jamaican-born Jayson Smith, Cool Runnings now offers lunch, dinner and music from international artists.
