COVID-19 booster clinic at St. Joseph County VA January 8

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The St. Joseph County VA Health Care Center will host a COVID-19 booster clinic on January 8 from 9 to 11 a.m.
The clinic will distribute the Moderna booster vaccine.
Appointments should be scheduled for this clinic by calling the VA’s Contact Center at 800-360-8387 ext. 75113.
If you cannot attend the January 8 clinic but want to make a vaccine appointment, contact your PACT team at 1-800-360-8387 Option 2.
The VA Health Care Center is located at 1540 Trinity Pl in Mishawaka.
