SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend is encouraging local businesses that are facing issues with receiving traditional bank funding to apply for pandemic recovery loans from the city.
The loan program allows the city to fund South Bend businesses that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 and cannot acquire loans traditionally through a bank.
Accepted applicant businesses will be funded by the city with loans to purchase equipment, machinery and real estate.
