COVID-19 vaccine clinic for ages 5-11 in Elkhart November 9

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Elkhart County Health Department is hosting a number of Pfizer vaccine clinics for children ages 5 to 11 in November and December.
The first of three clinics will be held on November 9 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the health department, located at 608 Oakland Avenue in Elkhart.
The next two clinics will be held on November 16 from 1 to 5:30 p.m. and on December 7 from 1 to 5:30 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged.
A parent or guardian must be present for the child to get the vaccine.
