C.R. 38 construction underway in Goshen

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – Beginning this week, construction on a two-mile section of C.R. 38 will affect traffic between C.R. 35 and C.R. 31, just east of downtown Goshen.
Construction will focus on widening the road to make room for Amish buggies for the first time.
Right now, the road is closed from the intersection of C.R. 35 to the intersection of C.R. 31. Different intersections will close and open along the two-mile stretch during the construction
Construction is expected to last until Oct. 1, 2021.
