Eastbound lanes reopen after semi overturns on I94

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The eastbound lanes of I-94 have reopened following a semi crash.
A semi carrying shredded tires crashed around 1 p.m. near US12 and caused major backups.
The road reopened around 5 p.m.
