Crews contain gas leak in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Things are all clear at this hour, following a gas leak in South Bend.

Crews worked to contain the leak on South Lafayette and Bronson.

That's just south of downtown.

Police said construction crews working in the area hit a gas line.

The intersection there was blocked off Monday morning, shortly after 8 p.m., but it has since been re-opened.
