U.S. 31 Bypass has reopened

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Crews responded to a crash on the U.S. 31 Bypass near the Adams Road bridge Tuesday morning.
A plow truck lost its load, blocking off traffic in the southbound lanes.
Traffic was blocked all the way to the state lane for a short time.
Both lanes re-opened at 8:45 a.m.
