Crime Stoppers seeking tips in death of Galacio Sanchez

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Michiana Crime Stoppers has released photos in connection with the investigation into the death of Galacio Sanchez on the night of July 19, 2018.

The photos are of Sanchez, the location of the crime and Sanchez leaving an area bar at approximately 11:45 p.m.

Sanchez was likely walking home, according to investigators, because his route home would have taken him past the intersection where he was found - at Lincolnway and Logan.

Investigators developed a vehicle of interest in the case. They would like to speak with the driver of a late model, dark in color Ford Taurus. It may be missing a passenger side mirror - but also may have been repaired by now.
