MISHAWAKA, Ind. – A new crowdfunding campaign is hoping to raise $7,500 to build a hammock station in Hums Park.
The campaign has raised $4,700 so far to build this new amenity, and if they can raise $7,500 by February 28, the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority will provide a matching grant, as part of its “Creating Places” program.
The hammock station would feature multiple durable hammocks that parkgoers can enjoy all year long.
