CVS theft suspect identified, arrested

The Elkhart Police Department says it received information that helped identify a theft suspect seen in surveillance video at the West Hively Avenue CVS.
Police identified the suspect as 45-year-old Christopher Culbreath of Elkhart.
He faces six counts of theft against CVS.
