Myers also allegedly supplied patients with pills in exchange for cash according to the affidavit.

She has been charged with one count of dealing a controlled substance, a Class B felony. Her bond was set at $50,000.

On Wednesday at 8:00 am Myers will be at the St. Joseph County Court for her status hearing.
