Daughter of Mishawaka doctor in court

The daughter of a Mishawaka doctor who just pleaded guilty to dealing schedule I, II, III controlled substance will be in court on Wednesday.

Investigators say text messages on Autumn Myers’ cell phone allegedly incriminate her for communicating with patients about the illegal distribution of those medications.

Myers also allegedly supplied patients with pills in exchange for cash according to the affidavit.

She has been charged with one count of dealing a controlled substance, a Class B felony. Her bond was set at $50,000.

On Wednesday at 8:00 am Myers will be at the St. Joseph County Court for her status hearing.
