Decorey Harris sentenced to 25 - 40 years for May 2021 murder

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A judge has sentenced Decorey Harris Jr to 25-40 years in prison for the murder of Mark Harris in May 2021.
Decorey pleaded guilty to second degree murder as part of a plea agreement.
The agreement includes a minimum of 25 years in prison.
The Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office offered the plea agreement after consulting with the victim’s family.
