Dellia Castile collapses in courtroom

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Dellia Castile, the South Bend grandmother on trial for neglect charges, fainted in the courtroom Wednesday.

Castile is charged in connection to the beating death of her 10-year-old grandson. Proceedings were pushed back until she returns.

Our reporter in the courtroom said she coughed then fell to the ground before the trial resumed Wednesday. We're told the jury is to be back by noon.

Paramedics found she had a pulse of 50 and low blood pressure when they checked her out. She was taken to the hospital.
