Democrats unveil new wheelchair ramp at party headquarters

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Facing some criticism, the Democratic Party has made a move to make its headquarters more accessible to the disabled.
Local leaders met Wednesday to unveil a new wheelchair ramp. Earlier this year ABC 57 introduced you to a woman who said she couldn't get into the building.
Party members say the ramp was several years in the making.
The woman who tried out the ramp said it was very comfortable and easy going on the wheelchair.
