Deputies asking for help identifying subject in surveillance photo

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help identifying the person in a surveillance photo.
Although the face isn't visible, deputies hope the visible tattoos could help aid in the identification of the subject.
