Deputies asking for help locating sex offender

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man who is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Chad Lee Richards is believed to be in the Elkhart County area near Cassopolis Street/CR 6.
