Deputies continue searching for driver in fatal hit and run

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run in Niles Township Sunday morning.

Monica Clubb was struck around 4:45 a.m. in the area of South 3rd Street near Brooks Street. She was transported to the hospital where she died of her injuries.

On Wednesday, deputies asked for help locating a vehicle captured in surveillance photos that was possibly a Jeep Compass. Deputies located the vehicle and determined it was not involved.

Deputies are asking for help locating the dark pickup or SUV involved in this crash.
