Deputies find meth while serving arrest warrant

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says two people were arrested when they went to serve an arrest warrant and found methamphetamine in plain view.

Deputies say they went to a home in the 29000 block of Cardinal Avenue to serve a search warrant for 19-year-old Sadiemay Rose and found meth in plain view.

Deputies applied for a search warrant and say they found cocaine, meth, legend drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Rose and 30-year-old Sami Hussen were arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of a legend drug, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
