Deputies identify women killed after teen passes in no passing zone

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. - St. Joseph County deputies identified the two women killed in a crash on June 30 as 29-year-old Rosalie Yoder and 27-year-old Marcia Miller, both of Shipshewana.

The women were killed when a 19-year-old allegedly passed another vehicle in a no passing zone.

The 19-year-old then hit that vehicle, sending it off the road and into a tree, reports said.
