Deputies respond to breaking and entering call Friday

The Saint Joseph County Sheriff’s Department responded to a breaking and entering call Friday.
The incident happened at a residence in the 54000 block of Correll Road in Colon Township.
Police say the resident was away for just over an hour when someone forced entry into the residence.
The door was kicked in according to the caller.
Officials say the suspects stole electronic items.
