Deputy Treasurer to visit Benton Harbor for town hall meeting

BENTON HARBOR , Mich. -- If you live in Benton Harbor, and you're upset with Emergency Manager Joseph Harris, you can talk to the State Treasurer's Office.
Deputy Treasurer Roger Fraser will be in town on Thursday for a town hall meeting.
He will talk about city finances and take questions from the public.
Some have wondered about Harris' actions after last year's audit showed some flaws.
Thursday's meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. at 200 Paw Paw Avenue.
