Derek Jeter ties Willie Mays for 10th all-time in hits

BOSTON -- It's another career milestone for Derek Jeter.
In the top of the seventh inning against Boston’s Junichi Tazawa, Jeter flared a single into short center scoring the Yankees’ Steve Pearce.
It’s the 38-year-old’s 3,283 of his career and ties him with Willie Mays for tenth on the all-time list for hits.
