SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Detectives are investigating a suspected shooting in South Bend Friday night.

South Bend officers were alerted to the incident in the 400 block of N. Olive Street around 11:30 p.m.

A 33-year-old woman walked into a hospital with a non-life threatening wound to the leg.

The woman reported being in the area of the alleged shooting when she heard a sound and then felt a pain in her leg.

A description of a possible suspect or suspects is not available at this time.

The case remains under investigation.
