Developer announces plans for Concord Towne Center

A California company has announced a $50 million plan to redevelop Concord Mall and the surrounding area into a mixed use development including retail, dining and entertainment, according to a press release.

Triyar/Cannon Company announced the plan on Tuesday.

An Indiana based commercial brokerage firm, ConsortiumCRE, will head up the pre-leasing for the project.

Triyar/Cannon says the project will be built in phases.

The project will be developed on the 100-acre plot at 3701 S. Main Street.
